Mama Traders is committed to providing quality products and smooth service. This policy explains the conditions under which customers may request a refund, resend,
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn or unused
- With tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Including all component parts
❌ We do not accept returns for products that have been personalized or customized unless there is a legitimate quality issue.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards or vouchers
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or consumables)
- Personal care items (such as cosmetics, underwear, or hygiene-related products)
- Customized or personalized products (unless defective)

⚠️ Please do not send any returns without contacting us first, as they may not be accepted.
Processing Time After Receiving the Goods
Inspection: Once we receive your returned product, our team will inspect the goods within 2–3 business days.
- Replacements: If eligible, the replacement order will be processed. After dispatch, it will follow the usual delivery time mentioned in our shipping policy.
- Refunds: If conditions qualifies under our refund policy, we will initiate your refund within 1–2 business days Then the refund will take 5-10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

First, check your bank account or payment provider again.

Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

1. Orders Delayed
- If an order shows no movement or remains pending for more than 30 days after dispatch from our warehouse, customers may request a refund or resend.
- In cases where delays are caused by incorrect/insufficient address, unclaimed packages, or failed delivery attempts, refunds/resends will not be provided. Customers are advised to ensure correct delivery information and collect parcels promptly.
Notes:
- Sometimes, the order arrives at the nearest post office to the customer and remains pending due to insufficient address, package unclaimed, no such number, etc. In such cases, it is more convenient for customers to contact the local post office or collect the parcel directly.
- Sometimes, local tracking numbers may show a status of “delivered,” but the end customer claims that the package has not been received. In such cases, Mama Traders will spare no effort to verify the real situation, which could be a long process (1–2 months), but there is no guarantee of a positive result.
2. Orders Not Received
- If tracking information confirms “delivered”, we cannot issue a refund or resend.
- If the customer has not received the order despite “delivered” status, a non-delivery certificate issued by the local courier is required to process a claim.
Refunds/resends are not applicable for reasons such as:
- Incorrect/insufficient address
- No such number/unknown recipient
- Refused delivery
- Package not collected in time
Notes:
- The local distributor may attempt delivery 1–3 times depending on the situation. If still unclaimed during the delivery period, it will be returned to the local post office for storage (3–7 days). During this time, the customer must pick up the package themselves. Otherwise, the product will be returned to the sender (our logistics company). During the return, Mama Traders takes no responsibility if products are lost.
- If the logistics company provides return service to China, Mama Traders will place the returned items into your private inventory. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- Mama Traders cannot offer a refund or resend if undelivered orders are not processed or if packages are destroyed by logistics companies.
3. Products Damaged
- A full refund or replacement will be provided if the product arrives badly damaged.
- A partial refund or replacement will be provided if the product arrives with minor damage (e.g., small scratches, wrinkles, or packaging issues).
- Fragile product damage claims must include clear photos or videos.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products
- If the wrong item is received, Mama Traders will issue a full refund or resend.
- If parts/accessories are missing:
- Minor missing parts → partial refund or resend of the missing part.
- Major missing parts (affecting functionality) → resend of the full product.
- If the wrong color/size is received (not affecting product function), Mama Traders will issue a refund or resend upon valid proof.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled before they are shipped for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process.
- Customized or personalized products cannot be canceled once payment has been made, as they are made to order.
6. Returns
- Returns are only accepted to our China warehouse within 14 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all components.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product is incorrect or defective.
7. Important Notes
Refunds/resends will not be accepted for:
- Buyer’s change of mind (e.g., “I don’t like it”)
- Wrong item/size/color ordered by the customer
- Delays caused by customer’s incorrect information or failure to collect the parcel
All claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
Proof (photos, videos, tracking info, courier slip, etc.) must be provided for faster resolution.
